- Teachers who have been given the benefit of transfer earlier will not be eligible for transfer a second time.
- Male and female teachers who have availed the benefit of transfer earlier but are suffering from incurable and severe hardship themselves or any of their spouses and sons and daughters can apply for the transfer once again.
- In case of equality of marks for inter-district transfer of teacher, seniority will be given first opportunity.
- Those employees who apply for transfer by mutual consent of the teachers in the state will not get the benefit of normal inter-district transfer.
- For transfers, teachers will have to fill the option of minimum one and maximum 7 schools.
- If the joining date of both the teachers is same then the older one will be given transfer benefit.
