Mhada Lottery Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants are above 18 years of age
• Applicants must be permanent residents of the state
• Applicants with an income of Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,000 can apply under the Low-Income Group (LIG) category, Rs 50,001 to Rs 75,000 can apply under the Middle-Income Group (MIG) category and Rs 75,000 can apply for a flat under the High-Income Group. Income Group (HIG) category.

If the applicant is not successful in winning the lottery, the concerned authority will refund the amount spent by the applicant. This amount will be refunded within 7 working days. MHADA will refund the application fee for all unsuccessful candidates in the month of November for Pune Board scheme. The refund process can continue till the end of November.
